Where we ship

We ship from our facility in Mārupe, Latvia to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland and other European Union countries. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or countries outside the EU.

Delivery methods

Depending on your delivery address, the following options may be available at checkout: parcel locker delivery (Omniva, DPD), courier delivery, or local pickup at our facility in Mārupe.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Parcel lockers in the Baltics: 2–3 business days
Courier delivery in the Baltics: 3–4 business days
Finland: 4–7 business days
Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

"Vismaņi k-5", G building, Mārupes novads, Latvia. Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30.

Uncollected shipments

If you do not collect your parcel within the carrier's specified time, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
